BOOKING A TOUR

Travel agency "Three Whales" is a tour operator responsible for providing booked and confirmed services in Russia. You can
find approximate quote after each tour itinerary. All costs are the subject to change unless confirmed. Please send us an e-mail
with the name of the tour that you would like to take and we will confirm the final cost.
There are a few things that you will have to handle yourself before going on any of our trips. They are international air tickets,
visa and travel insurance. All these formalities can also be resolved by your travel agent or our partner in your country.
INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKETS.
International air tickets can be booked through internet or in the air company.
HEALTH INSURANCE.
In case your insurance does not cover travel it is highly recommended to buy a special travel health insurance to be able to receive quality medical services during your stay in Russia. Big Russian cities have international clinics and hospitals with American, French, Canadian doctors.

VISA FORMALITIES
All foreign nationals who wish to enter the Russian Federation must have a valid national passport and a Russian visa before
arrival.

Send us information that you can find below in capital letters. Make sure to state your FAX. |

Fax 7 (495) 420-8441 or e-mail us information and a photocopy of your passport
pages containing your name, photo & passport number. |
| STEP 3. |
Receive two paper document (visa support) in Russian by FAX. It is the
confirmation of reception of a tourist and the tourist voucher. Your name on the papers
will be in English. |
| STEP 4. |
Send the fax copy that you received by fax to the Russian consulate
together with other documents (like passport, photos, payment, application etc.)
requested by the Russian consulate. Please check on the documents requested by
the Russian consulate at http://www.ruscon.com/engl/ The Russian consulate will
send you the visa if you pay for delivery. Please, allow from 3 days to 2
weeks for visa processing in the consulate. |
