OPTIONAL TOURS are not usually included in the cost of trips. But they can be very interesting for some travelers. Below you can find a list of events which can be booked while you are in Russia. You can also book them in advance when buying the tour.
BOLSHOI THEATER(Moscow).
Swan Lake, Nutcracker are famous all over the world. Usually not available during summer months. Appr. cost $50-100 per person.
THE MOSCOW CIRCUS (Moscow).
Fun for adults and children. Clowns, gymnasts, jugglers, rope walkers, magicians, animals, and etc. The duration is about 2,5 hours with an intermission. Appr. cost $18 per person.
FOLK SHOW PERFORMANCE (Moscow or Saint-Petersburg)
Cossack dancing and singing, balalaika playing. Unforgettable experience. The duration is 1,5-2 hours with an intermission. Appr. cost $22.
 BOAT RIDE (Moscow and Saint-Petersburg)
1 hour ride along canals and Neva river in Saint-Petersburg or along Moscow river in Moscow. Appr. cost $8 per person.
MARIINSKY THEATER. ALEXANDRYSKY THEATER. (Saint-Petersburg)
Ballets and operas. Appr. cost $30-60 per person.
