REGISTRATION SERVICES

TOURIST VISA.
According to Russian laws, you must register your tourist visa within 3 working days upon arrival to Russia. Registration can be done either in the hotel where you stay or in our office in Moscow if you stay in Russia not longer then three months. If you plan to stay in a hotel, your registration will be completed by the hotel and the fee is usually included in the cost of the room. If you plan to rent an apartment or stay with your friends, registration can be completed in our office or our company representative can come to the place of your stay for registration procedure. The cost of registration is USD35 (excluding multi-entry visas). Need documents: original national passport and visa.
This registration procedure applies only to visas issued with our company visa support.
MULTI-ENTRY VISA.
According to Russian laws, you must register your business visa within 3 working days upon arrival to Russia. Registration can be done either in the hotel where you stay or in our office in Moscow. If you plan to stay in a hotel, your registration will be completed by the hotel and it is usually included in the room cost. If you plan to stay on your own, our courier will come to pick up needed documents. Your documents will be delivered to you after registration in OVIR (Department of visas and registration). Documents which are needed for registration are the following: original of your national passport, visa, and apartment rental contract or notarized concept of your landlord to host you in his apartment (this paper can be provided by our agency at additional charge). Upon arrival send us the copy of your visa by fax or dictate the needed data and inform us that you need your visa to be registered. Set up the date for our courier to pick up you ORIGINAL passport, visa, and apartment rental contract or concept of your landlord. The registration will be completed within 3 working days and your passport and visa will be delivered to you. The cost of registration including delivery is USD50.
We can charge no money for registration if you and your host (Russian national) goes with our papers to OVIR for registration procedure. Please contact us for more information if you want to register yourself.
