IDEA OF THE TRIP.We want to invite people interested in cycling Russia and learning more about this big country. Cycling is not the goal of the tour. It is more like a mean of transportation and a way of staying fit. We want you to spend your vacation in an active way and learn a lot of the Russian history. That is why we have our van or a car with us to take you to places in time, give you a lift if you are tired or in case of bad weather. Almost every day has time for cycling and sightseeing. We want you to see as much of the Russian heritage as possible riding the bike rather then using the bus all the time. The tour is escorted by English speaking stuff and all the excursions are conducted by professional local guides. We want to make the trip as pleasant and comfortable for your as possible so NO TENTS we use hotel, NO NEED TO BRING A BIKE you can rent it from us, NO COOKING AND SNACK FOOD we use restaurants, tired of riding a bike - TAKE A BREAK IN A VAN.
Almost every day has time for cycling and sightseeing. We want you to see as much of the Russian heritage as possible riding the bike rather then using the bus all the time. All the excursions are conducted by professional local guides. Moreover we have a guide who will accompany you through all the tour and a bike instructor who will be able to solve technical issues.
CAN I PARTICIPATE? If you do not have health problems, can ride a bike and make 15 km an hour you can participate.
GROUP POLICY.Each group can not be more then 10 participants. The speed of the ride is determined by the slowest cycler. All participants must stay in group and follow traffic rules. If you are tired let the instructor know and the van will give you a lift.
BICYCLES AND EQUIPMENT. We use mountain bikes since they are more suitable for Russian roads. You can rent a bike from us in case you do not have one or do not want to bring it with you. You are responsible for bringing your own helmet. Helmet is a must.

MOSCOW - SERGIEV-POSAD - ALEXANDROV - PERESLAVL-ZALESSKY
- ROSTOV - SUZDAL - VLADIMIR - MOSCOW (11 days, 10 nights)

Transfer to Sergiev-Posad. Tour of the Trinity Saint Sergius
Lavra (the heart of the Russian Orthodox church, headquarters
of the Russian Patriarch) and the tomb of Boris Godunov. Dinner.

| DAY 4. Alexandrov
- Pereslavl-Zalessky (bike 50 km, bus 94 km) |

Breakfast in hotel. Bike and bus transfer to Pereslavl-Zalessky
(founded in 1152 by Yuri the Long Arm). Lunch. |
| AFTERNOON. |
Tour of Pereslavl-Zalessky. Cathedral of Transfiguration of
the Savior (1152-57), the Church of Metropolitan Peter (1585),
Boat of Peter the Great. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner. |
| DAY 5. Pereslavl-Zalessky
- Rostov - Yaroslavl (bike 41 km, bus 123 km) |
| MORNING. |
Breakfast in hotel. Bus transfer to Rostov the Great (first
mentioned in chronicles 862 AD). Tour of the Kremlin buildings
(16-17 centuries). Lunch in route. |

Bus to Yaroslavl. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner in hotel.

| DAY 6. Yaroslavl
- Suzdal (bike 40 km, bus 187 km)

Breakfast in hotel. Tour of Yaroslavl including the Church
of Elijah the Prophet (17 century), Transfiguration of Our Savior
Monastery (12 century). Lunch. |
| AFTERNOON. |
Bike and bus to Suzdal. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner. |
| DAY 7. Suzdal
- Vladimir - Moscow. (bike 30 km, bus to Moscow) |
| MORNING. |
Breakfast in hotel. Tour of Suzdal by bike, including Kremlin,
Assumption cathedral (build in 1713). Museum of Wooden Architecture.
Lunch. |
| AFTERNOON. |
Bike 30 km to Vladimir (founded in 1108). Tour of Vladimir
including Golden gates (build in 1158-1164), Assumption Cathedral
(build in 1158-1160, 1185-1189). Bus transfer to Moscow. Accommodation
in hotel. Dinner. |
