Almost every day has time for cycling and sightseeing. We want you to see as much of the Russian heritage as possible riding the bike rather then using the bus all the time. All the excursions are conducted by professional local guides. Moreover we have a guide who will accompany you through all the tour and a bike instructor who will be able to solve technical issues.
CAN I PARTICIPATE? If you do not have health problems, can ride a bike and make 15 km an hour you can participate.
GROUP POLICY.Each group can not be more then 10 participants. The speed of the ride is determined by the slowest cycler. All participants must stay in group and follow traffic rules. If you are tired let the instructor know and the van will give you a lift.
BICYCLES AND EQUIPMENT. We use mountain bikes since they are more suitable for Russian roads. You can rent a bike from us in case you do not have one or do not want to bring it with you. You are responsible for bringing your own helmet. Helmet is a must.

MOSCOW - VLADIMIR - SUZDAL - PALEKH - IVANOVO - PLES - MOSCOW (8 days, 7 nights)

Breakfast in hotel. Today we tour central part of Moscow including Red Square and Moscow Kremlin. Lunch.

Drive to Vladimir and look at Golden Gates (build in 1158-1164), Assumption cathedral (build in 1158-1160, 1185-1189).

| DAY 3. Vladimir - Suzdal (bike 25 km) |

Breakfast in hotel. Bike to Suzdal.

We take a tour of Suzdal including Kremlin (fortress), Assumption cathedral (build in 1713) and local monasteries. |
| DAY 4. Vladimir - Palekh (bike 12 km) |

Breakfast in hotel. Drive to Shuya and bike 12 km. Arrive to Palekh by van.

Full exploratory tour of Palekh lacquered boxes and icon production.

| DAY 5. Palekh - Ivanovo (bike 30 km) |

Breakfast in hotel. Drive 25 km and bike 30 km. |

Explore functioning Nikolsky Tikhonov monastery in Timiryazevo, constructed in 17th century (dress code apply:
no shorts, females should wear skirts and shoulders covered). Continue to Ivanovo. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner in hotel.

We have a wonderful opportunity to see the town that inspired Russian artist Levitan to create his canvases. Visit museum of Levitan.
There will be an opportunity for a bike ride around the city in the evening. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner. |

Breakfast in hotel. Today we will have a wonderful opportunity to see breathtaking panoramas of Volga biking
along the bank of the river.
